Praise for good work

Many of the postings here are complaints - for a change I would like to offer praise.

After our fridge/freezer broke the new one was slightly larger and would not fit into the space in our fitted kitchen, so I contacted the original kitchen fitters who duly sent two men round who said the job was impossible because the fridge was taller than the electric box on the wall. They were both about 5'3" and at my 6'0" I could see they were wrong - but no way would they back down. As Carol is due back from U.K. this evening and this happened Friday afternoon = panic

I knew of Joe Norris only as a patient of mine and so phoned him and explained the situation. He was at our house within an hour - agreed with my assessment and said he could do the job but it would be better done in his workshop - after an hour trying to get the cupboard above the fridge off the wall without success Joe said he would be back today with specialist equipment to do it in situ. He duly arrived on time, spent another two and a half hours, did a beautiful professional job and presented me with a bill for € 35 - panic over
