Hi! I am not sure if I can place the link below in here but as it will benefit many people and is not selling anything here it goes!

http://www.soma-bonus.com/bonus.html

In the middle of the page there will be a sign with a red button to click and download the Portuguese lesson, that is surely a very interesting way of learning over 300 words in just a few minutes, some people will feel like a "click" which will wide up minds for learning Portuguese.

The only thing missing is phonetic, but there are contacts to help with it ( practicing where you live is even better, do not be shy and just talk ).

Imagine this; CITY = CIDADE ( remove TY and put DADE instead, that will work for all words that end with TY ).

Example; ETERNITY = ETERNIDADE

CAPACITY = CAPACIDADE

etc

So party is pardade? duty becomes dudade?

This may work for a few words that end in ty, but mostly this method just spells nonsense.

depends on the quantidade of letters perhaps?!

Long ones work better than short ones - for example Pigsty becomes pigsdade which is not good but temerity becomes temeridade which is ok (I think :? )

Has this post lots its cutting edge?

Putting 'o' at the end of each word only works if you emphasise that word by speaking louder.

Yes VERY LOUDLY & very sloooowly, with an O at the end, seems to do it for most Brit's. :D

One 'O' that stikes fear into Portuguese hearts is the 'O' at the end of PATO! :P

Hi everybody! Think about this; CITY = CIDADE and keep going all words that end with "TY" remove that and put "DADE" instead!

Community = Comunidade
Immunity = Imunidade
Equity = Equidade

and so on!
