Mazza (again)

Having used Marion's services for a year, then experienced a two week period where she was charging me for weekly visits, but I was actually living there and had already changed the locks so know full well she was not bothering to turn up, I moved to a different agency.

I had already been made aware of the situation on here, but as I use my lawyer to pay all charges etc, had not found that side of things to be a problem. My issue was that I was being charged when things were not being done.

I had the following email exchange with a lady this morning. I suspect that she is not "real". If she is, then all I can say is good luck to her.

Oh - and the company that I now use and she had heard bad reports about - strangely Marion was a customer of theirs once and never paid them ....

My apartment and my next door neghbour have both moved over to XXXX this year having previously been with Marion.
I find the information on the Cvo website useful, relevant and generally truthful, in particular with reference to tradespeople etc.
As you have already received 3 good references, then I am sure you will have no problems. I would, however, suggest you speak to XXXX as their pricing and services are exceptional value for money. I have had 4 different people/companies looking after my apartment in the 5 years I have been in Portugal (usually people leaving to come back to the UK) and XXXX has proved to offer the best service and is cheaper than the others as well. They also provide proper invoices each month.

Don't be pulled into rossi's trap. Their tactics are always to get a slanging match going resulting in getting a legitimate topic, deleted. It suits their purpose to see that all Mazza-type topics/comments are kept from those that could become future victims.
