Went along last Sunday, not quite sure what to expect, and was surprised how good it was. The programme says that the two writer/producers have spent 100.000 on it and it is quite believable

If you want to know where all the eu cash goes... then take a good look at Lagoa auditorium ...very swish indeed. As for the musical itself , some parts I thought were a bit like teacher giving us a "history lesson", but the staging dancing and songs were both sung and performed well by a professional cast. Pity the theater didn't have a curtain to hide the scenery changes.

I understand some theaters in London are interested in taking the show and no doubt with a few adjustments here and there it should do well

Excellent show - yes it needs some 'polishing' but that's inevitable. I'm sure 'Phantom of the Opera' started off a bit shaky and all came good in the end.

As for the history lesson - as an Irishman I found it interesting
