Re: New Moderator
Would you call five or six a crowd ????????Finally, I'd also like to encourage more visitors to join in and participate, and based on a lot of personal experience with many forums, there is nothing more off-putting to a new user than to be confronted with an apparently incestuous crowd who argue bitterly about one another.

Re: New Moderator
I take your point Widge, but the strange thing about a "crowd" is that sometimes its not numeric strength, but vocal strength that can be more noticeable.
Its like saying football supporters are hooligans. I've been to a few International matches and thoroughly enjoyed friendly banter in the stands, then read in the papers the following day about "crowd trouble" at the same game.
Perception is not fact

I'm not sure whether congratulations are the right words to offer but I appreciate your willingness to spend your time and effort on this forum. It may be a thankless task at times but I am convinced you'll keep us in line, Richard.

I suspect there may be some who disagree with you on the third RJames Faro wrote:Whenever I have seen you post comments etc, you have been Reasonable, Rational and Right!.The most important 3Rs for any moderator.

Yeah , that would do it ....................the 5 or 6 I was thinking of are certainly noticeable.
