Cost of external painting

I am intending to get the outside of the villa painted this autumn and wondered what would be the likely cost. it's a single storey 2 bed villa built mid 80s(I seem to remember it's 118m2 ) plus the wall surrounding the pool, pump house, pool equipment house, 2 external stained doors, 2 pairs of shutters and a few doors to the assorted outbuildings.

using cheap paint can make a massive difference to a quote, Go for the good stuff it's worth the extra cost, CIN on the Fatasil industrial estate are very helpful and may point you in the right direction if you ask, just take care.

This is one of those questions which I do feel it are worth revisiting regularly. Then the people who have recently had work done are able to comment.

After all, what happened 12 months ago can change vastly and it is worth hearing how long the work has lasted from those who posted on previous threads saying how happy they were(or were not).
