Approximately what are the current monthly charges for the following maintenance works on a 2/3 bedroom villa in Carvoeiro.

Management - €150
Maid - €230 (3 Days (9 hours) per week) 13 payments per annum
Gardener - €175 (8 hours per week)
Pool Maintenance - €60 (twice per week)

An annual charge of €7,610 + supplies
