Bread Making
Can anyone reccomend a suitable brand of flour which already contains yeast etc for breadmaking machines and what supermarket would have it. we bought some white flour all in one'' last time from the supermarket Modelo (sorry still call it that) but it's white and normally I use brown here in Holland. thanks in advance for anyone that answers this.

Re: Bread Making
I have bought a wholemeal all in one mix from Continente in Guia. Also it might be worth trying Apolonia at Gale

The brand was Nacional. It was actually a multi c ereal mix. The packet says "Farinha preparada para Pao Vitale. A tentacao dos 7 cereais" and there is a little segment that says "especial para maquina de pao. Basta adicionar agua"
