Dinner

Post by paulam »

I have been to carvoeiro for 4 years now and this year myself and the boyfriend are bringing my mam and dad. I was wondering if anybody would be able to recommend a nice Restaurant for the first night... We all would not eat anything, keep with the chicken and pizza pasta steak... thanks

Two of my favourites are Oasis and A Gale, I am sure you will get something in either of these that suits you.
If you feel like driving out to Benagil then the Marinha restaurant is well worth a visit, so many lovely restaurants in and around Carvoeiro you will be spoiled for choice, as you probably know. Hope you find somewhere nice.

there are so many but I would recommend Maximes (up restaurant hill) Casa do bife (also up restaurant hill) and Colombo's down by the taxi rank, all very good restaurants with lots of choice.

Lesley is spot-on with these choices as I have been to them and they are very good. One of those restaurants have staff that lay it on a big thick with the comedy dialogue but that is part of the charm. If that was in London all you would get is a wet fish slapped across the face! :D

Both restaurants are half way up Restaurant Hill on the left, and close to each other. Near to Big Wills Cowboy Bar.

We have a villa up at Aerias dos Moinhos, so Bradys is a great watering hole both down and up the hill!!
