Word has it from the local taxi drivers that it will not open in the short term. The owner has had a stroke.

Re: Roma 2010
Antonio ,the owner indeed had a stroke last year and is unable now to run the business himself, although after an extended course of post-stroke treatment in Cuba he is mentally 100%.
I advertised on his behalf (see December 19th job offers) and got several promising potential managers/buyers/employees which I have passed on to him. As yet no details, to the best of my knowledge, have been confirmed.
He is desperate to get the premises re-opened as restaurant/bar/lawn bowling club in order to get 12 months a year business as opposed to the present 6 - 7 months a year business operating purely as a restaurant.
If therr are any budding entrepreneurs out there who are interested, he is offering a very generous and flexible deal to get it re-started.

I hope that a good enterprising person takes it over and soon it was one of the best restaurants around.
