Daily Specials at Ma Ja's

Last night we had the most wonderful 3 course meal at Ma Ja's restaurant in the Rua do Casino for the bargain price of 9€ per person INCLUDING THE WINE!!
(for those who don't know this restaurant, its up the steps at the side of the Irish Times, keep going up past A Fonte, right to the top of the steps and look to your left)
We had homemade veggy soup to start, then I had Liver and Onions in Gravy with mash and my partner had Goa style Pork Curry and basmati rice, then we both had deserts, and a carafe of wine between us, the food was superb and the price unbelievable for 9€ per person I would recommend this to anyone, we will definitely be returning for the daily specials on a regular basis, 5 stars and a thumbs up from us, well done Mark and Jan!

I agree Ma Ja`s food really is superb, Sunday lunch is wonderful and Mark even made custard
to go with our desert it is well worth the trudge up the hill or the steps.

Absolutely agree about the Sunday lunch, and Mark even did some different vegetables for my finicky son, who didn't fancy what was on offer!
