Dualit Toasters

Post by widge »

Has anyone seen this brand of toaster for sale on the Algarve? We have broken 2 toasters in 5 years and would like to purchase a Dualit model as they seem more durable than most and therefore ideally suited to a rental property.

I suggest you purchase something from a commercial supplier, no idea of location though, maybe more expensive but certainly they will have a longer life, some of the Chinese produced items are made using very inferior elements and burn out in no time at all, particularly if you like your toast well done! :D

We have one of these - very sturdy & a lot cheaper than a dualit:

Now £34.20 at Amazon

I think also available at Wortens

If you are renting out then get yourself a Makro card if you don't already have one and try there.
