Property Management Company/Charges

Can anybody recommend any good property management companies in the area. We have a 4 bed house with pool that our friends used to look after for us, but sadly they have moved back to UK, so we need somebody to take care of the place in our absence - pool, security check and a basic clean/tidy on a regular basis. Plus reports on damage, wear etc and bill paying.

We have spoken to a couple of local companies, but to be honest they seemed to lose interest when we said that we weren't renting out and only wanted a basic sevice.

Kappa - we will be moving to Carvoeiro in June this year and have already been asked to look after a friend's place - much like your need. If you have not found anybody by then - come back to me and we will work something out.

We pay €156 per month for management.

We pay €220 per month for the maid (15 times pa)

We pay €175 per month for the gardener

We pay €60 per month for the Poolman

It will all stop once we move later this year.
