Sadly, from what I can make out I think you are right.

The person in question is a forum member - but they have not posted since late 2008 (at least that's the last post left in the archives). I think it's time to name and shame before others are drawn into it and lose money handed over in good faith. After all, this person is (still?) operating a property service business.

The person in question does visit the forum at least twice a day from what I can see. Anyone approached for management services or having doubts about their present supplier please pm. Several people have lost money through this agent so please be careful.
