one uk couple now selling their place via a competition. site is well done and comes with a video which begs the question if a family can produce a video of their place for sale why cant agents????

Ha ha, a video......to produce a video of properties would require a minimal amount of input.....have you ever known an agent that puts any more input in than opening his/her mouth and saying oh yes sir/madam, we have lots of people on our list who would be interested in your property and yes/sir madam we have shown a lot of people round, but the records of them seem to have miraculously disappeared when you ask to see them!! Good idea though!
