Poo -

Can anybody explain why it stinks so much ...but only sometimes...when I cross the Portimao bridge...I've done it at low and High tide..expecting some correlation..but no, it stinks sometimes when the tide is high and sometimes when it's low.....why does it stink....what is it .....and why can't the authorities clean up their (poo'y) act...like so many other countries...assuming it's poo'y poo that is ???..........

Sorry for such a depressing subject....but it really bugs me....(Almost as much as the Prats that keep overtaking me on that bridge at breakneck speed...managing to squeeze their 15 Ft car into a 14ft space ).........You may have noticed I'm very Grumpy today ...

yeah chipmunk..we noticed that too....is there a sewage treatment plant there somewhere?....high or low tide..the smells always HIGH!
