Catagory of peak and non peak letting months!

Is there a set table for charges over the year, I've seen charges for off peak, secondary peak, peak, again secondary and off peak, where are those months indicated and do they apply to everyone.

Great question! My management company have the following categories.

Winter Owner only
Low Cheapest
Economy Cheapish
Mid Average
High Above average but great value!
Peak B Nearly Premium Pricing
Peak A What we'd like to charge for every week but reserve for last week in July & all of August!
