Could this be the end for the Faro white elephant?

remember how in this "poor" country, millions upon millions were spent on football stadiums like the white elephant one in Faro for the Euro 2004 soccer fest...all for 3 matches!!!

well now it seems they cost to much to keep, so someone has had the idea to knock em down

Surely its fabricated and sectional, couldn't they sell it on, maybe to Tranmere or similar, it's a fine little stadium
