Anyone for Golf?
Anyone for Golf?
I'm in Carvoeiro from Friday 15th Jan for 7 days. I would like to hear from anyone interested in playing golf at any of the courses during that time. I'm a steadyish 15 handicap!

Whoo! Hoo! Steady Fifteen?, I've heard of your type before, if you're off fifteen you're more than "steady" well out of my leaguewidge wrote:I'm in Carvoeiro from Friday 15th Jan for 7 days. If only..............can't get out on the course here but touch wood for tomorrow. Desperate for a game but seems a long way to go especially as I've hardly been in the office over the last 4 weeks due to leave and snow.

If only it was 4 weeks leave - had 10 days off work from Xmas Eve then spent a week trying all sorts of public transport to get from Reading to High Wycombe mainly involving buying expensive tickets for cancelled trains, finally got to work by bus via half of the Thames Valley. Perhaps a female government coordinator could create a direct route.
