Some race horses staying in a stable.
One of them starts to boast about his track record.

"In the last 15 races, I've won 8 of them!"

Another horse breaks in,

"Well in the last 27 races, I've won 19!!"

"Oh that's good, but in the last 36 races, I've won 28!",
says another, flicking his tail.

At this point, they notice that a greyhound dog has been sitting there listening.

"I don't mean to boast," says the greyhound, "but in my last 90 races, I've won 88 of them!"

The horses are clearly amazed. "Wow!" says one, after a hushed silence. "A talking dog."

Thank you Cowboy, done it again. Mind you obviously wasn't my ex-racehorse you were talking about, he never won a race, used to get to about 4th or 5th and run with the pack, didn't have the 'killer' instinct to win. Mind you good thing or I wouldn't have had the chance of having him, he goes fast enough for me.
How is Austin these days? Have fun.

Then maybe..you & Lesley could teach me to ride.....last time I sat on one..well...a pony that is....was on beach at Brighton (I think

) as a kid
Mind you..we'd have to do well wouldn't we..to keep up with Lesley and her 'ex-racehorse'...what d'you think?
Speaking of beach..have you ever taken horse ride along water's edge Lesley? i always think that looks very soothing and....romantic? (whilst keeping fit of course

)

Hi Ellie, yes I have ridden on the beach, here in Somerset you can ride along Breen Sands at certain times of the year (off season) it is great fun as long as the horse you ride likes the sound of waves, can be fun otherwise!
Would love to teach you to ride, have to get Cowboy in on it though, need his expertise and his hat!

said to Cowboy,

"Can you get me a nice gentle pony?"

"Shore," said Cowboy.

"What kind of a saddle do you want, English or western?"

"What's the difference?" asked the lady.

"The western saddle has a horn on it,"
said Cowboy.

"If the traffic is so thick here on the beach that I need a horn on my saddle,
I don't believe I want to ride."
