was out most of September last year Dodger..and it was gorgeous..hot..mind you locals said it was hotter than usual.
But when I was resident I seem to recall September was usually lovely.Might need a light sweater in evening..but last year..I dont remember wearing any at all.
Im sure you'll have great time..both of you

September in CVO
We were in CVO in 2002 at end of September and it was as Ellie said really hot during the day and you did need a sweater in evenings and there was just a couple of days at the end of the fortnight that were cool and cloudy so we spent those shoppping. This year we will be there from 12th to 26th so hopefully the weather will be even better. Really looking forward to coming back. There are 11 of us ranging in age from 4 to 73. So all areas of CVO and the rest of the Algarve will be enjoyed.

Well..I did throw on a few bits..for decencys sake, Dodger !
I keep asking myself the same question....why did I ever leave such a gorgeous place? .now you see why..I keep going back at every opportunity..and Im 'crafty' with it..the least excuse......
But seriously..there were strong reasons why we had to come back..not least..the recession that hit business quite badly..
But there are 'plans afoot'...and hopefully..next year....who knows?
But back to your question..Im sure all will be fine for you and youll have smashing time
