New development in Mato Serrao

The building site over the road from the Solferias hotel has been mothballed for months. I assumed the developer had gone under or the banks had pulled the plug. I noticed last week that it had suddenly become a hive of activity again with workers waiting to get on site at 08.00. Is it now finally going to be finished?

There has been some activity for a while , when we we over in Sept they were working and the sales office was open.

Jan and I drive by the site every morning on the way to the restaurant and see all the builders sitting in the shade drinking their cristals for breakfast !!! . Classic ,bet you dont see that in the uk !
