Actually BS I was being a tad facetious in regards to the previous comment that as a resident Ktee should be more impartial. I believe regular holiday-makers/homeowners are far more selective when it comes to their 'mates' places than residents. But that's just my opinion. And thanks for all the punctuation marks, I missed the first three!
