Villa Rental 2010 Help

Hi All,

Looking for a villa walking distance to town that sleeps 10 (6 adults, 4 children). Our dates are weekend of 29/30th May 2010 for 2 weeks. Preferably something that is reasonably priced.

What is a comfortable " walking distance " 5, 10, 15 mins.
Having got to know the area fairly well in the last 15 months the majority of villas fall towards the higher end of that time scale.
Also very few do not involve at least one hill.

We happily walk in and back 15-20 mins ( depends whether or not we want to walk back up past Dirty Nellys )

I would say about 10-15 mins walk max. Doesn't bother most of our party, but my father has mobility problems. He has managed both hills up to Monte Dourado in the past though (slowly !!!) What is Areias Dos Moinhos like as a location generally, and in terms of distances? Haven't stayed here previously but have spotted a potential villa rental here. Are there any eateries on the development or nearby? How long does it take to walk from there to Vimar/A Rede?

we are Vale Centeannes....about a 15 minute walk on fro the top of restaurant hill. I'll pm you
