Portuguese Homes/ Grogan Enterprises LDA - anyone come across this one as it doesn't seem to have its own website, but does have quite a few properties on Rightmove

PS if anyone is passing Edgar Lagos, please pop in and tell them their website has frozen

PPS and if any realtors out there are reading tthis ....one thing I'm finding REALLY irritating about the websites is the lack of detail. An address (even just the road name) and a street map of the town would be SO useful; otherwise you're working in the dark trying to draw up a short list if you're trying to plan your visit in advance. Trying to pinpoint places on Googlemap/multimap etc from the aerial view is hard!

Anyone selling over there should be insisting on better marketing.

Thats the whole idea, the agents want to get you in their company for a day, take you to as many properties that " they want to sell " which may not be the ones you want to buy.

The take as much advantage of your ignorance of the Algarve as they can, most ( many ) are on commission only with expenses.

We spent 3 years of time out of holidays exploring the Algarve before deciding on the CVO area and then another 12 months looking around the local area .
Agents took us to properties in the shadow of high rises. close to Ind estates etc etc even though we gave them as detailed a brief as possible .
