A Portuguese friend of mine sent me this link yesterday, don't know how kosher it is, shipping companies, ie Fedex, DHL, TNT, the way I understand how it reads on the website you have to choose your own shipper from their lists but what the shipping cost are I don't know as I havn't been into the links, plus you have to pay any taxes that may be applicable.

I shop with M & S on line & their service is generally very good, I use Boots & Argos too as well as others & have the goods delivered to Direct Transport in Albufeira. Never have any problems.

I know people who have used Direct Transport and use it often - shopping online at Tesco, Sainsburys, River Island and in fact anyone who delivers from online shopping. Little bit of home here if you want it.....
