Cleaner/Maid
I'm looking for someone to clean the villa approx monthly and undertake a bit more work when friends/family are visiting - any recommendations?

I use a Husband and wife team that I have known for many years and trust implicitly. They are portuguese but she speaks fluent English.
She manages the property, he maintains the pool and does odd jobs. She would arrange a reliable cleaner and gardener if required.
They work together for a well known villa hire company so have experience and contacts for repairs etc if required.
I know they are looking for more work so could get them to make contact if applicable.
Like you, I only allow family, and friends to our house and when they arrive they have a welcome pack awaiting them which my team arrange.

I am also looking for someone to look after my property and organise changeovers when we or friends are staying - perhaps your couple would be interested? Many thanks
