Long Term Rental

Hi,

I am looking for a long term rental from October.

A small villa or townhouse, with at least two bedrooms, and preferably access to a pool, although not essential.
Required from October onwards.
Would rather something more modern, rather than "rustic" - although anything considered.
Would like to be in the Porches/Silves/Ferragudo triangle.

References no problem.
