Have been watching this new series in the morning on BBC1, House Swap, wondered if this would be a feasable aspect for those on the CVO website to consider.
We are up for it as one.
Family 3 bed, large sitting room/ dining room, 1 bathroom, fitted kitchen and utility room, patio, off street parking, sea views. terraced back yard, large shed used as a childrens den and gym, set in a cul de sac, 150 yds from the beach of Lyme Regis. Childrens playing field/ childrens footie pitch behind lane at back of property. Fully updated, wired, plumbed, decorated etc, £200.000, Swap for something in CVO area, Silves etc, but needs to be within walking distance of people, shops, bars etc.
Probably on wrong thread but thought could be open for debate here ,rather than on propery owners site. Accept remove to that site if mods so wish.

Or House Exchange. Are there any CVO residents who have no roots in the UK but would like to spend a few weeks back here?

What a great thought! We sold our place in CVO and are renting a property in CVO for 4 weeks this summer. If there were a register, I would happily consider exchanging our 3 bedroomed detached house which is in a quiet suburb but a very convienient location 20 mins from London next year for a place in CVO. If anyone is interested - it would be great to hear from you.

I think either as holiday or permanent swaps is a great idea on this site for all to use.
I know its a modern way, that some might not like, but I think it could be ideal as an extra for the CVO site members to utilize

No, because my detached house in leafy cheshire would come with a sulky teenager too
