BUS TRANSFER FROM FARO AIRPORT TO CARVOEIRO

Has anybody used the Resorthoppa bus from Faro Airport? It works out at 12.64 Euro per person and this would be a good option for my sister and daughter to use when they visit in a couple of weeks time. Last year we got the name of a taxi driver from this site and he charged 60 Euro one way (granted we booked it at short notice).

We used resorthoppa a couple of years ago when we came for a long weekend and stayed at Hotel Mirachoro. They're fine, but you may have to stop off at a couple of other resorts on the way to Carvoeiro, like Vilamoura or Albufeira.
We normally use the taxi service provided by the travel co. based on restaurant hill, just because we'd rather get to Carvoeiro as quick as poss after we've landed at the airport. Normally pay about 90 euro return i think with them.

I've booked Porterreno Tours for my taxi - 50euro from the airport for 3 people - considering it would cost nearly 38euro on the bus and the taxi is door-to-door, it seems good value to me.

Based on the charge of 12.64 on the bus, 4 people in a taxi would be about the same (unless the taxi firms increase the price for 4).
