Could anyone send us details of companys that supply and install retractable sun shades for a balcony.

Great deals at Vial in Alcantarilha new store next to Seaside, just before Aldi.

If you are prepared to insta it yourself there is a good deal on them at Macro I think around 90€ depending on what size you want.


If you don't have a Macro card, but are a AFPOP member you can apply in store with your afpop card, passport and utility bill.

Basically they are a group that are here in the Algarve to help expats - membership costs ( see website ) but they do offer very good discounts on a lot of services and offer advice when needed .

They have just recently made a deal with Macro for members to get a macro card free of charge.

we got ours last year from Leroy Marlin next to Makro. I think they were about 80 euros but that was on special [it was one of the stripy ones]
