WALL HUNG BATHROOM CABINET AND BOOKCASE

Our new build Villa has got 4 very nice bathrooms, but there are no bathroom cabinets and we spent a week in Feb trying to find wall hung cabinets with or without a mirror, the only nice ones we found were 100's of Euros each, just wondered if anyone knows of a place that sells them reasonably priced, wood or metal not the plastic ones they sell in Leroy Merlin.

Also looking for some Bookcases or shelves for teenage girls rooms and the ones we have seen are not very nice?

HAve you tried Soco Porches on the 125 nr Porches ?
We also bought a white unit from Leroy and they had similar in IZI. ( not the cheapest )

conforama at guia or the big furniture outlet a val d paraiso ( nr albufeira ) for bookcases etc.

We had a similar problem trying to find cabinets with a light over the mirror door and a shaver socket. Tried all of the obvious sources and some less obvious but could not find what we were looking for. Also suitable alternatives seemed very expensive. However problem now solved as we are taking our car over in the near future so have acquired them here.

maxmat , guia had some metal ones with lights over mirrors , not a lot of money.

Leroy Merlin has a reasonable range as well

Do you know never tried Maxmat at Guia although we drive past on a fairly regular basis. Must go and have a nose round next time. When we were looking Maxmat in Portimao didn't have any with elecrics. Leroy Merlin had a reasonable range of plain cabinets but it seems hard to find ones with built in electrics.

Maxmat is a bit more builders merchant than DIY store, has very good deals on paint.

Not sure if they do cabinets but Azulejos del Vado on the 125 in Lagoa do a whole range of bathroom units as well as tiles.

I bet that Azulejos del Vado do sell bathroom cabinets. In any case they have loads of brochures and are very helpful - have recently selected bathrooms fittings and tiles from them.
