I am not too sure how this is supposed to work. As usual I am playing about with some of the new things one can do on this forum.
Let me know what you see (if anything)
So far as I can tell the option to upload an attachment means that you should be able to post pictures (or other things) directly from your PC without having to have them already on the web, as is the case with picturtes using the [img] function.
A drawback is the file name - but that's only a minor one.
EDIT: Ah, I see now I am told how many views the attachment has had. But surely this would be equal to the number of times the content is viewed? I will keep checking.

I don't fully understand the stats. The topic has been viewed 56 times, yet the Woof! Woof! has been viewed 103 times.

Re: Attachments
Let's see how it handles a BIG picture (255k):
This is 255kb, the maximum is 256kb.

Re: Attachments
Here's a smaller picture:
So, smaller ones 311 x 288 pixels for example fit fully, whereas 1,184 x 1,500 pixels don't.

Re: Attachments
This one is 800 x 600:
The width seems OK, but it appears that 600 is too high to show an entire picture without having to scroll up.
I'd guess the max height to be 300 pixels. Therefore, to show a picture without scroll it needs to be within 600 x 300 . . . probably!

Re: Attachments
Now 800 x 300:
OK, so I think this is the limit before scrolling. . . until someone else proves me wrong!
