You mean like you did after your operation last year??
Welcome home Karen. I know it takes alot of time and work to get back to full recovery after that kind of back surgery, but it will be SO worth it.

Glad you're home and well! I hope that you being taller doesn't mean I'm now shorter than you!! I was enjoying being half an inch taller!

It's very very slow and currently very very painful!
May try my first trip out tomorrow, but won't be surprised if I don't even make it to the front gate!

Well you make sure you take it very steady and slowly, don't rush anything, not worth the problems it may cause.

Be patient it'll pay dividends in the long run. I know from bitter experience doing too much too soon knocks you way back. You'll get there in the end & then you'll be whizzing around all over the place.
