Long term rental rates

Hi you guys.
I have a 3 bed cluster villa on Club Golfemar which I would like to rent out in the winter months.
What rate would you suggest for the months of November through to the end of April?
I would want the 'tennant' to pay utility bills during these months as well as any maid/cleaning service they would require.

Any suggestions gretafully received.

£250-300 pw If you have a permanant maid it would be easier to include her wages in your rental rate.

You can rent villa as cheap as £150 a week.....some owners get desperate. But the quality I dont know about. I wouldnt go that low...not worth the wear and tear.

A group of friends are here for 3 months at golfemar and are paying 150.00GBP per week inc bills

I would not have thought that at 150GBP it was worth the hassle or wear and tear. Surely the electricity bills will be enormouse!
