Kennels
I always used Jan Coghlan at Caravanserai. That is on the back road from Cvo to Caramujeira. Go past Poppies restaurant and turn right down track more or less opposite Quinta Do Rosal and by side of small primary school. No electric blankets in the knnls but I always found it good.

golden retreiver
Hiya I have a 13yr old malle retreiver and , subject to dates would love to take care of him at my house in Guia 964 105794
Thanks for the offer Kevinlyman but unfortunately it came a little late as my dog needed to be kenneled over the new year period. In the end I used Jan Coglan's kennels at Vale D'el Rei for the 8 night period. As Biffa says no electric blankets but a very good sized kennel with a partitioned area for sleeping.
My dog Jemma seemed happy when I collected her and has settled back at home but since her bark is now a loud squeek I assume that she protested a bit vocally while she was there!

retreiver
Hiya no problems. They normally get kennel cough , but if it persists take her to the vets [ I use Kirsten at Guia on the EN125 ]
If you ever need her homing for a fews days or weeks, just email me and I will email my number to you. We have had retreivers [ 3 in total ] and Kasper is now 13 love him to bits !!
all the best Kev

kennels
Hiya I was not implying that it was the kennels fault, but from experience of our reteivers , when we have kennelled them, they have had kennel cough twice. But I was not implying anything about kennelsm I was just giving advice to the owner, infact I know Jan well. So I hope nothing was taken the wrong way.

KENNELS
hiya !! Kasper has a half hearted, wimpish bark for attention seeking, although he has a really deep bark if needed, although it is followed by a cough to remove the fluid off his lungs, which is being held at bay by one of many of his tablets at no cost to him !! but they are worth it

Re: kennels
Could someone send me a pm with Caravanserai´s contact info. I need a kennel desperately. Also, what about the kennel in Estombar? Could someone send me that info, too?
Thanks!
Thanks!
