I guess the most effective option will be companies like sovereign , not many other companies. or lawyers will want to take responsibility to act as your fiscsal rep.others as you know they will be legally responsible for all your liabilites with tax dept, if they agree to being your fiscal reps. Average cost for fiscal rep is about £150 or so. Hope this helps

We pay 45 euros to our lawyer who acted for us when buying. Sovereign do the tax return and the lawyer does the rest. Your management agent can also act as fiscal rep assuming you have one.
