Not sure but try Marques & Co just by Millennium Bank in Lagoa pedestrian street. They hire tools

This company was recomended to me for power tool hire.

FARBRICO LDA in Almancil. They seem very helpfull and speak English well. Their number is 289 393 631.

Marques do not have a floorsander for hire but Fabrico LDA do at €27,50 a day plus iva. Thanks again.
