Hi folks

I'm new to this forum. I need to get hold of a copy of Title Deeds/Land Registry Document. Where can I get this information from? Do I need to go to the Camera or can I download it online like you can in England?

Hi You need to go to Notary for copies of the deed. You will need basic information about property, and fiscal number of owner etc. For Certidao Your land registry document you need to go to Consrvatorio in the borough of your property. ie Lagoa, or SILVES. You may ask some one else to get this for you. There is small charge payable for certified photcopies. There may be a long wait, depended on time of the day you go. It is best very early in the morning about 8-9 am or after 3 pm.
