Council Tax (IMI) in Carvoiero (Buying Vila Golfemar)

Please could anyone help me find out more about the living costs in Carvoiero.

We are in the process of buying a property on Vila Golfemar, and besides all the purchase costs etc we are trying to find out about the utilities.
Can anyone tell me the IMI rate for Carvoiero.

Also we know the maintenance for Vila Golfemar is around 2400 euros per year (yikes!) but can anyone also give rough costings on water rates, average electric, telephone etc for a 2 bed 2 bath property.

So grateful for any help
