All this footie talk!
Arent you forgetting the real stuff this weekend. THE MANS GAME--6 nations Rugby?
France and Ireland on Saturday afternoon--England will be watching this match very closely as their closest rivals go to it :!:
Ill be torn between the two, with French blood and an Irish surname..which tricolour should I wave..maybe ..one in each hand :)
Im sure it will be very exciting> May the best team win ..the cup...
England of course...but theyre all lovely to watch :)...

Wilko (The Boot) discharged from hospital today (Thursday) following surgery to his neck so obviously out for the Italy match - hopes to be back in training next week. Big changes from the World Cup side due to injuries, retirements and loss of form.

Hopefully, Wales will continue their World Cup form - personally I'd much rather the round ball!!!!!!!!

Regards to all in CVO.

Everyone knows that football is my first love, however I am a fan of the big sporting occasion and am as interested and vociferous in anything with the potential for an England or GB victory and for that matter Europe if we are talking tennis or golf!!

Many Congrats to the boys in green!
and commiserations to those in red.

English..and a woman to boot
Bet the 'dark stuff' and the spirits wil be flowing well tonight!
But no singing in the valleys!
Never mind..its the 'taking part' that counts..isnt it? :? :)
and ..its always exciting to watch....far more than with the 'round' one!
Well played....Ellie

Wales were absolute crap - Ireland brilliant in the first half. I think Wales are still living on past glories & their two brill displays (defeats) in the RWC against the All Blacks & England. Only consolation - I enjoyed the Stellas watching the match. :( From what I've seen so far it's England to pip France for the championship followed by Ireland. I suppose the only bit of good news was that Liverpool lost in the FA Cup!!

well done Ellie, the first ( will there be more?) to congratulate.

It was a cracker of a match, and the better team undoubtedly won

Wales - Totally outplayed by the French so its back to the drawing board (once again)!

However, on behalf of all my Celtic cousins could I use the forum to say how distraught we all were to see England lose yesterday to the boys in green :D :D :D :D
