Villa Renovation

Hello
We are going to renovatoe our villa from top to bottom, underfloor heating, new bathrooms and kitchen etc. We have 3 recomendations Barth & Alexio, HA (Habitacao Algarvia) and Joao Nunes and would value any advice or experience anyone can give?

One worthy word of advice, make sure that you take out all the old pipework and replace otherwise, like us, we replaced the floors then found out that some of the water pipes were so rusty that we couldn't get hot water through as the pressure was too low.
