Child private health insurance

Please can anyone point me in the direction to get private health insurance for a child who is 7 years old?

As part of my divorce conditions I have to have private health insurance for our 7 year old who lives here in Portugal. I currently have a policy with Exeter Friendly for myself that he is covered under, costing €135 per month.

What I need is for my son to have his own policy as I am covered by the Portuguese state health care (!!) and want to save some euros.

I think most companies will do health insurance, I use Tranquilidade
