Do you mean that you know a couple who will ONLY oversee a villa and not live on site? I have a villa in Carvoeiro and I am finding the running costs are escalating considerably. The villa has a pool and we rent out via an agent for about 11 or 12 weeks only in the Summer. This would mean daily maid service during the letting period. I would be interested to hear what the costs would be.

I currently have an agent who looks after our villa and seems very expensive. Can you let me have approx costs for gardener and maid. We only do maid service 3 times per week which seems enough.
