Why not just talk to the chef?
Clearly this is a venue that people have enjoyed but is now deteriorating. It may be that the owners are looking for a 'fast buck' in which case they will not survive. Alternatively they may just be prepared to listen to what people have to say - SO TELL THEM.
After all they might not even read this forum!!!!

As I said before, the staff were well aware of our problems, and were very embarrassed - the owners weren't there to talk to on the nights we weren't happy.
One 'off' night you can excuse, but 2 or 3 times, and now it seems it's not just me, it looks as if they have problems that the owners should be aware of already
