and can any one recommend a good landscape gardener

Hi cazzy. Theres a grand big electrical shop in Algarve shopping which seems to do everything and seems fairly well priced, plus they speak english.Right beside that theres a little retail estate that does all the household stuff and caters to all fads and prices.
I,ll try to pm you the phone no of an English friend of ours that has a landscapeing biz on the Algarve for years.

The electrical store in Algarve Shopping is Wortens. On the retail park opposite you have Radio Public and Conforama, the latter also selling bedding. We bought most of our kitchen stuff in the larger supermarkets - again you have Continente in Algarve shopping. Hope you find what you need.

There's also a big place on the Portimao Retail Park. Those in the know say that the guy in Lagoa can pretty well match the store prices and provides good after sales service.
