Flower Delivery

Hi
I want to send some flowers to a friend in Loule,
does anyone know a local flower shop that will deliver and that I can telephone and pay over the phone with credit card?
It must be a nice flower shop

My husband just recently sent flowers to his Portugese Cousin with the Serenata flower delivery. They are London based but seem to have branches in different European countries. Prices was ok and the flowers seem to have looked nice - at least our relative was pleased
