Nothingwrong with the 60s Softan--when it all started --wasn't it? Well --it was for me
There would be something terribly wrong if the 60's was when it all started for me, Tricky, Swingdingin, etc!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guest

Assuming the ????? is about my post above, the comment was because the ones I named and a few others would have been way too young in the 60's. If the ????? wasn't for me then   sorry about that.

Hi Charles, have you got any sensible suggestions on your heating yet?? 8) - hope you get it sorted out soon. Maybe Digger could come round to your place and plug in a few irons and do your ironing that'll soon generate some heat

How on earth have we strayed from the 60's 80's, the most memorable place we've ever done it ' and heating and ironing on one topic,
we'll be getting told off for going off-topic :D be warned!
But..... and its just a thought, but have you noticed that whenever newspapers publish lifestyle articles about joe public, they always prefix it with.... Natalie, aged 27, lives in a 3 bedroomed semi, says.'.....
Whatever has the house she lives in got to do with anything!) perhaps
we should have a age range of members on the forum, say
' Digger' aged between 60-70, Maddi between 40-50, etc, etc,
just so that we can aim some of our memories and comments more correctly. (I know that Maddi remembers the Bay City Rollers!)

Tricky (aged 25-45) :D

Tricky, I answered the question - one of my unusual places was on top of a sturdy ironing board or was I bent over or was that his shirt :P 8)

Hey Tricky, I put you in my under 40 category at the top of this page and there you go putting me in the next grouping  I wouldn't mind but you have then been very canny in the creation of a 25/45 age group in which to place yourself. Tricky, surely you know that it is always best to err on the side of caution, afterall you are one of us and if men know to grasp the concept then you have no excuse.

Mads :)

Sorry Maddi
But I was still reeling from the fact that you claim to be born in the 1960's and your photo's clearly show that you can't be over 30, so I put the wrong figure in (40-50) that's my story and I'm sticking to it..... :D

Just passed my test and so spent hours looking for a suitable dark lane to seduce my then girlfriend (now wife). Found suitable dark lane and got very carried away only to find four very heavily armoured special services types pointing their "weapons" at us and yelling for us to get out of the car slowly. The road was on the way to an army base and the Queen of Engalnd was due to open some building or other in about seven hours time

Another monumental cock up (ha ha ha) was the time I parked my car on a building site, Marks & Spencer in Warrington it turned out to be and it was months off completion. However I was not familiar with the area and it was very foggy and it was early morning and we were Manchester bound and we got the urge. We parked up and to our horror as time passed on and we had completed the ...act I looked out of the window (fog had cleared) and we were slap bang in the middle of the IKEA car park next to the building site  It was nearly 10.00 a.m. and very nearly full.
