Looking for bicycles...

Post by Ant1969 »

I'm looking for some bicycles to leave for guests use (& ours). Don't have to be in particularly good nick, but must be serviceable. Looking for a couple of adults &/or childrens bikes.

Alternatively, does anyone know if there is a secondhand bike shop around CVO?

Have tried posting on buy/sell/exchange, but nothing doing..

Any suggestions welcome.

:D You're probably right Gerry.

As we speak, I am preparing a Health & Safety At Holiday document which is backed by the MKWNBTDC (Miserable Kiljoys With Nothing Better To Do Council).

We will, of course, provide £50 grillion Liability Insurance and each bike will have a 3,000 page Safety Operating Manual together with the obligatory Accident Record book.

If there's anything you think I might have overlooked, please let me know.

Yes, I'm aware of the hire co.. Our villa is down a long private track which goes all the way down to Albandeira beach etc.. It would be great to have bikes permanently available, even if they are old bangers!!

Have you asked them if they have any older ones that they could let you have?
