MC is back . .

Post by Michael Crane »

Back now so you'll have to stop talking about me! :)

Just posted a poem about our stay. Soon I will regale (bore) you with our New Year's Eve celebrations. All I have to do first is wade through 1,423 emails!!!

I see Once Upon a Time has been very successful. I'll have to read it all and catch up with the plot. It's a far cry from the two-liner Turkey forum version.

Once again, attacked by someone who is afraid of being identified. :)

Come on 'guest' how about a meaty attack, something I can get my teeth into? Or, why not just ignore me altogether? Or is that impossible?

Carry on Michael - your diet tales provided us with laughs. Looking forward to you contributing to Once upon a time which has been good fun too  8)

Slimming World Versus Atkins, soon to be fought in my house (starting Wednesday). I am on the Atkins , the other half going for the green day/ red day one.

No booze untill Easter Sunday (the day I am back in CVO)

p.s. next time you give your kids plastic trumpets on new years eve can you limit the useage to perhaps 1 hour only instead of all f****** night (Bon Bon, you know who you are)

Is the Atkin's Diet a good idea? An all-protein diet can't be good for you. And what about not eating bread or pasta? It's Slimming World for me . . . with the occasional bit of exercise, of course. :)

Mate of mine lost 4 stone really quickly and then went on to slimming world, however I bought the "Atkins for life" book yesterday and it looks just about do-able

Time will tell

CM, I might be wrong but haven't people died on the Atkin's Diet?

To my knowledge no-one on the Rosemary Clooney, Slimming World or Weightwatchers have.

I'll stick to the more sensible, balanced ones. :)
